Hey, if Sam didn't want those missiles used they shouldn't have been so close to Cameron's flamethrower.

Story time is about a time where you used things lying around in the environment to your advantage. I once set up a prison for my players where they had to use bones from a human skeleton in order to escape. I had expected it to be a difficult choice for them, but they ended up being just fine with it...

Define "Lying around..."

Well, that reminds me of a similar instance, where my group used a corpse lying around to effect an escape from a slave pen. Of course, it was a slightly fresher body, and it was only lying around after trying to intimidate the new meat went horribly wrong.
Our group of renaissance-ish ne'er-do-wells on an ocean planet included a bounty hunter who was formerly the king of a tribe of Cannibal Islanders, and he was already pissed off after we were drugged, knocked out, and shipped off to a spider-silk plantation by one of his most hated enemies. Not to say that he wouldn't have killed and eaten the poor fellow who tried to show us the prison hierarchy otherwise, but it certainly didn't help.
After that, we had a certain amount of...human resources at our disposal, and, while the rest of us weren't interested in eating any of it, our alchemist realized that, with a fresh stomach, and the reagents squirreled away in his inner pockets, he could make a timed bomb. The aftermath was unpleasant, but we managed to free ourselves and the other slaves, commandeer a pirate ship loaded with barrels of rotten fatback, and flee the island.

Also, this is a pretty great comic, and I really appreciate the style of adaptation to gaming that you guys are doing, keep up the good work!

So I read this, and thought it was a great story. Then I saw what you titled it and it became ten times better.

Thanks! We enjoy doing this and we're glad other people enjoy it.

We have fun.

I thought you might, which is why I felt like it would be worth letting you know by now. And yeah, I mean, the remains were lying around...shortly after we got there. Like they said in Three Ninjas, everything around you can be a weapon. Improvised explosives are actually a theme with our group; it's surprising when a session goes by and nothing blows up.

Doesn't that GM know better than to leave dangerous items in a player's reach like that? :P
