Bluff is an interesting Skill check, on the one hand if done successfully you can get out of situations and even get extra loot, but on the other hand if you fail things could go very badly...
In this case I guess its good, because Blake successfully bluffed and got a sneak attack on the Frost Giants.

Also this is what happens when you starve combat hungry players...

Up Next: Combat!

Bluff- A skill that is exactly how it sounds used to lie or bluff in any situation you see fit

Initiative- a check that tells you what order everyone goes in

Sneak Attack- an extra attack that does extra damage super useful for rouges and ninjas.

Combat- FIGHTING!...and stuff...

Notecards

Ah, the infamous notecard. Of course, how scary a notecard is depends very much on which player is writing it. In my groups, for example, me writing a note is just odd and not frequent, so nothing worrisome. However, another player (who will know who he is upon reading this comment) often writes notecards, and it certainly means he's up to a devious plot.

So, are you going to do all of every movie, a part of every movie, or skip some altogether?

Movies we'll use

We plan to use at least part of each of the movies released before avengers. How much we use of each movie will depend mostly on how we want to form the character of each hero. We'll use as much from each movie as we can while keeping with character development.

We also have tentatively planned using the movies released after the avengers, but how those will fit into the overall storyline has yet to be decided.

Like Kidra said We will most likely use part of each one, but it really depends on the story line. The cool thing about the MCU is that they are all interconnected so its pretty easy to do each individual story its mostly a matter of how we accomplish that, we plan on going as far as we can using all the movies but how it all fits into the storyline is still being worked out.

So, which Spiderman is canon to your version of Avengers?

Spider-Man

That is a very good question, Problem is we are doing the MCU and technically none of the Spider-Man movies are part of that... We haven't really discussed it, and I'm not sure how feasible it would be to include him in this comic as he doesn't really interact with any of the MCU characters. I do love me some Spidey though so we may give him his own comic in the future :-)

The movies we currently have planned are(in no particular order): Thor 1, The Incredible hulk, iron man 1, iron man 2, Captain America, and The avengers.
Most likely we'll do other movies as well, particularly the sequels to the already started movies. However we haven't made official plans for anything past The Avengers yet.

Oh, will the GM's vengeance ever be sweet...

On a purely technical note: How do you keep finding those screencaps of Chris Hemsworth as Thor making the best trollfaces in the world? They fit Blake's personality perfectly. Kinda makes me want to punch him right in his smug face. Troublemaking powergamers grumble grumble...

Well it honestly takes quite a while to find the perfect screenshot...
I've converted the entire movie into picture files, so after Kidra finishes up the script I then go through the massive amount of images on the part of the movie we are currently working on and just look for the one that just works perfectly for the scene, I have a background in acting so I tend to think of how the character would look when saying that line, so it takes me quite a while to find just the perfect one.

Plus it does help that Chris Hemsworth has a really good range of expressions ;-)
