As I'm sure most of you know, there's often a social stigma associated with playing RPGs. I had one friend who seriously seemed to fear for my soul when I told her I was going to start playing. For that reason, one of the first things I asked my wife when we started dating was how she felt about RPGs. She had no problem, and now she even plays.

This isn't that rare, actually. Well, maybe in America is, but my current group has two gaming couples, one of which is married with kids. And there are cases when people playing romance in the game ended with becoming couples in real life. All of this exist. Info 100%.

Hell, my last girlfriend's whole family used to play. I got 'em back into it, and we had a family game night every couple weeks while I was staying with them.

My boyfriend and I got together after playing a game together and one of our GM's is married, so yeah, definitely not super rare (and we're in America, even). I've never heard of an actual living woman rejecting someone because they play tabletop games. I have heard of people assuming it's Satanic, though.
